It would have been simple to create a calendar. What uSync learned is that students get thrown a lot of calendars.

Events allows students with published projects to promote them. The possibilities are infinite. Imagine a project that connects with your community to be opened for presentation. Perhaps a social concern project where songwriters, dancers or musicians create a performance to bring a new element to the project. Imagine students connecting with civic leaders and setting a time to share it with them. When students go beyond their project to sharing it with others, they develop skills and passions beyond what is possible within the four walls of their classroom.

uSync thinks Events has incredible learning possibilities. From idea, text, media, publishing to a live event. This has tremendous potential for students and engages them in an entirely new way.
